Azure pricing is fetched live automatically. For GCP, set GCP_API_KEY env var. AWS uses built-in reference rates (bulk API is too large for real-time).
Sizing uses the shared architecture model: managed Kubernetes, worker nodes with optional auto scaling, PostgreSQL with optional HA, NAT/network egress, object storage, and optional ALB/NLB.
